Interested in a new exhaust system for your L5P Duramax? Check out the ATLAS dual DPF-Back exhaust system by aFe. This system is constructed from 4″ mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing and uses high quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers. This unit uses all factory mounting locations and comes with a bolt-on bracket that supports the driver side tailpipe. This provides for a quick, hassle-free installation with no modification necessary. Also included in this exhaust system are dual massive 6″ polished 304 stainless steel tips with laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badges. ATLAS exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance, fit and value. Single To Dual Exhaust Conversion: This exhaust is designed to convert the standard single exhaust into an aggressive dual exhaust. Fits With Spare Tire: This exhaust system fits perfectly without relocating the spare tire. OE Fit: OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time. Flow and Performance: This ATLAS exhaust system is constructed of 4″ mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. Dual Massive 6″ Black Tips: Finishing off the exhaust are dual powder-coated high temp black 304 stainless steel exhaust tips. Flow and Performance: This ATLAS exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 4″ mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow. Perfect Fit: This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. Some cutting maybe required during install. Please see instruction sheet for Cab configuration for further details. 5″ Angle-Cut Rolled Edge Polished Intercooled Clamp-On Tips: Finishing off the exhaust are dual side exit 5″ stainless steel intercooled clamp-on tips with a polished finish. The tip features a drain port on the bottom to keep rust and corrosion away. A unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is rived on for an aggressive style. High quality OE-style flange and band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface. All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.

This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler represents the next generation of intercoolers. Designed specifically for the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor 3.5L (tt) Ecoboost, this BladeRunner intercooler utilizes a 3″ bar and plate core design. The end tanks are constructed of 3/16″ 5052 aluminum and TIG-Welded for superior strength and durability. aFe has also added CNC machined ports which can be used for a condensation drain, sensors, or water methanol injection. End Tanks: The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed out of 3/16” TIG-Welded aluminum plates. 3″ Bar and Plate Core Design: The use of the bar and plate core design allows for greater airflow and better efficiency. Billet Aluminum Inlet/Outlets: This BladeRunner Intercooler uses dual 2-1/2″ inlets and a 3″ outlet for superior strength and durability. TIG-Welded: 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks. Flow and Performance: aFe Power’s cold side tube is constructed from 3-1/2″ and 3″ mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow then, powder-coated for a nice finish. The high-temp powder-coating also insulates the tube from engine heat and protects the tube from corrosion. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence, minimize pressure loss, while increasing horsepower and torque. This tube is also equipped with a billet aluminum factory style quick connect adapter that seals with an o-ring. One 1/8″ NPT port which is also provided on the tube for a sensor or water-methanol injection. Condensation Drain: The intercooler includes a 1/8″ NPT brass breather vent for automatic draining, of condensation or any type of build up inside the intercooler. For those who wish to manually drain the build up we have also included a solid NPT plug. Perfect Fit: Factory mounting locations provide stability for a hassle-free installation.
